How do you price your services?
Our rates are per hour, but the site and service length can also affect your cost. We charge by the hour depending on what you need done to meet all of these requirements for each project!
Do your security guards keep daily reports?
Yes. We have a mandatory policy that ensures all our guards are making daily reports of the site. They can be sent off to clients on a daily, weekly or monthly basis – whichever they prefer.
Are your security guards supervised?
Yes. We have full-time managers working 24/7 along with a GPS tracking app for site guards and scan points and random Supervisor checks.
Are your security guards licensed and uniformed?
Yes. We offer a traditional security style uniform, with a company patch. In addition, we can offer a softer/concierge-style uniform consisting of a blazer and tie.
Is your security company licensed?
Yes. We are a licensed security firm. We possess both a Business Security License from the Canadian government and a City Business License. Our team is furthermore covered by WorkSafeBC Insurance.
Does your business have insurance?
Yes. We have a general liability insurance policy of up to $5 million and WorkSafeBC Insurance.
